SetID allows a caller to control the ID of the request. Previously it was
impossible to set the ID of a call.

jsonrpc2: JSON-RPC 2.0 implementation for Go Build Status

Package jsonrpc2 provides a Go implementation of JSON-RPC 2.0.

This package is experimental until further notice.
