CMakeModules/libeoskeygen.cmake: handle custom libeoskeygen via LIBEOSKEYGEN_SOURCE_DIR variable correctly.

Browse source 
by include()'ing the targets file. cmake only knows how to link but not to build.
The proper ways is to use add_subdirectory()
